Open to all middle and high school aged youth.
Join us for a half-day gathering on Sunday, December 13th for a chance to connect with young people throughout the diocese through deep conversations, prayer, and games.
From 2 to 4 p.m., small groups, led by members of the Diocesan Youth Council, will talk about the masks we all wear these days: the ones we put on to protect each other, and the ones we put up to hide how we really feel. Participants will also have a chance to talk about the impact that the pandemic is having and share ideas for mental health and self-care. The retreat will break for an hour and resume at 5 p.m. for fun games, ending the evening with a short service of Compline. Participants can choose one session or the other, or both.
Registration is free but required in order to get the Zoom link. Please contact Youth Missioner H. Mark Smith with any questions.
