Jr. High Retreat Registration Information

 

Below you will find a link to our online registration process.  All registrations must be done online.  We highly recommend that each youth group/parish designate one leader (youth leader, parent, etc.) to register the entire group.  This is helpful for a number of reasons. It will help the group organize it's adult chaperone list (which is required for registration) and will organize the group payment into one invoice assigned to the first person registered.  Each registered student and adult will then receive a confirmation email.  In order to register a student, the following information is necessary:

  • Email address

  • First and last name

  • Preferred first name (nickname)

  • Complete mailing address

  • Home parish

  • Date of Birth

  • Grade in School

  • Adult chaperone assigned to student

  • The name of the deanery for the parish

When registering an adult chaperone, you will be asked to enter all the names of the students they are responsible for.  Keep in mind that you must have one male adult per no more than eight male students with the same ratio for females.
