Once you've registered, please print out
the following documents. They contain the insurance and media release forms that you must fill out and sign in order
to attend the retreat. You'll also find that they contain important
information, such as directions and necessary items to bring.
Please have these documents
completed and signed before you arrive at registration at 7:00 pm.
