Below, you
will find the dates for the 2009 Pre-Confirmation retreats!
All candidates must be registered
through our online registration form. When the registration has been activated links will be provided beneath each retreat date. The total space available for each retreat is limited so early registration is strongly recommended.
We suggest designating one person (youth minister, confirmation class leader etc.) to register all students belonging to the confirmation group. This will help you know that your entire class is registered. This individual, who should register themselves first, will be responsible for the total tuition for the group.
Important: The registration deadline is two weeks before the retreat start date. A retreat will be cancelled if less than 50 candidates have been registered by the deadline. We urge the leader for each group to begin registering as soon as possible. Additional registrations can be added, substitutions made, and cancellation processed in an existing group registration at any time up to two days before the retreat.
Please understand that candidates are not considered registered until their payment is received in full. Space on these retreats is extremely limited and we will not hold spots for anyone until we have received their full payment. Payment options will be provided as part of the registration process.
We also ask that you
keep the following requirement for adult chaperones in mind before registering for the event:
Each group is responsible for providing (and registering)
adult supervisors for its youth. We require one adult (of same gender as the candidates to be
chaperoned) per no more than eight youth. The cost for all registered attendees
is $85 per person (youth and adults).
If you are registering a group please enter yourself as the first registration. (This first registration will be charged with the tuitions for all members of the group).

the packing list below. All of these are essential items that we wouldn't want you to forget:
