The youth of our Diocese have chosen Global Warming as an issue that 1) addresses every single topic of importance that Jesus stressed, and 2) is of such imminent importance that serious, sustained, and committed action can wait no longer. We MUST take action now.
The Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) has set out four goals for this year. As soon as possible the YLA will:

Measure the Carbon Footprint in their own homes and identify ways to reduce it significantly;

Measure the Carbon Footprint in the church and (with the leadership of the church) identify ways to reduce it significantly;

Host a “Global Warming Café” in order to educate people in their local areas about this very important issue;

Help to make the BCH C&C Center more “Green” now, and seek possible ways to “Go Green” in the future as the BCH C&C Center expands.
